Bangkok Film Festival 2005
My five seconds in the spotlight included being the emcee for the grand opening of The Phantom Of The Opera staring Gerard Butler, Emmy Rossum, Patrick Wilson, Miranda Richardson, Minnie Driver, and Jennifer Ellison. It was directed by Joel Schumacher who also attended the event. My co-host was Nadia. It was a red carpet event that lasted most of the night. I felt bad for the actors though since they weren’t used to the heat, made all that worse by the artificial lighting and throngs of spectators.
